Payroll

As an employee of NTPC, you may have questions relating to your pay from time to time. Our Payroll team can assist you with any questions relating to your Pay, Leave Entitlements and Balances, Pay Code Access, Employment Verification Letters, Banking Info, Address Changes, Timesheets, Leave Requests, ROE’s and T4's.

Employees with NTPC are paid on a bi-weekly basis. You can be paid by cheque or direct deposit which is our preferred method.  The system we use to input our time entry is called Penny (Joe Software). Our timesheets are entered on a two week basis and are due by 10:00am every second Monday morning. Managers have until 10:00am on the following Tuesday to have those timesheets reviewed and approved for processing.

Payroll is also responsible for all access to pay codes and can answer any questions you might have with regards to filling out your timesheet.
