NTPC shall maintain an efficient and economical records management program assuring the systematic control and management of information as a corporate asset.
This Policy sets out a governance framework for policy review and approval authorities as well as the general expectations in terms of employee adherence to the Corporation’s policies.
Performance and benchmarking involves gathering and analyzing data about NTPC's operations to help decision-making processes.
NTPC results are compared (benchmarked) against relevant numbers from other utilities or organizations such as the Canadian Electricity Association (CEA) whenever possible.
While NTPC’s main focus is to “keep the lights on”, there are broader projects and initiatives undertaken which enhance our services. These are driven from the Energy Services office.
